Indication Las Pedroñeras, and just the
right amount of salt.

into natural casings tied by hand, using
culinary heritage techniques. The final touch is an oak wood smoking process in carefully
located cellars, which gives the chorizo its characteristic traditional flavor.

Ingredients:
– Pork meat, sweet and sour paprika, sal, garlic,
and natural beef casing.
– Traditionally smoked over oak wood.
– Store at room temperature, preferably in a cool,
dry place. Vacuum-packed.
